How is it possible for YeapCH.com to sell the products at such a low price?
There is a few reasons why we can provide our customer at such a low price :
- We are the distributor
Most of the products we sell come direct from the factory. We deal direct with the factory without going thru any middleman. We are not a reseller.
- We buy in bulk quantity
We import the products in bulk and get a good discount from the manufacturer. We distribute these products to many computer retail shops, if you are interested to buy bulk from us please contact us at sales@yeapch.com.
- We have a low overhead
We don't have a physical storefront, so our overheads are very low. In that sense, we can transfer those savings to our customer by selling the products cheaper.

How do I purchase if I am interested in YeapCH.com's product?
- First find for a product you want to buy by browsing or searching the online catalog.

- Once satisfied with your shopping selection, choose the shipping method (Cash & Carry or Shipped via Courier Service).

How do I pay for the purchases in YeapCH.com?
If you are from Penang Island, you can cash and carry at our pickup center at Gelugor. All transactions are Cash Terms Only.
If you wish you have your order delivered to you, please pay for your purchases to our bank account and inform us with your order number, date and time you bank in the money. Your order will be send to you via Courier Service.

Why can't I pay my purchases using Credit Card?
All the products sold at YeapCH.com are always best price and the sales margin we are earning is very low. We don't hike up our product price to accomodate for credit card purchases.

I am from Singapore, do YeapCH.com deliver to Singapore?
Sorry we are not accepting any orders outside Malaysia currently.

What courier service does YEapCH.com use and how long will it take to deliver the products?
We use Pos Laju & Nationwide Express as our courier service provider. Items will take 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to major town in Malaysia and 2 - 4 working days for delivery to the rest of the country.

Can I take the Cash & Carry option to collect my item?
Yes you can. If you are from Penang Island, you can cash and carry at our pickup centre at Gelugor.
